Junior Sous Chef
£32K - £34K plus £1k retention bonus offered after 6 months
Full time (5 days over 7)

You will be a talented chef with a love of positive kitchen camaraderie and the ability to bring out the best in others.

 

You will want to play a key role in making sure every service is successful and that guests want to return time and time again.

Hygiene qualifications, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential. As is a car, to travel to our rural location.

 

Our kitchen opens at 10am and closes at 9pm so there are no super late finishes. Expect to receive your full share of tips and 28 days of holiday each year.  

 

Key attributes:

  • Proven track record of delivering freshly prepared quality pub food using locally sourced ingredients

  • Able to operate within specific food margins

  • Able to motivate a team

  • Understands what it takes to deliver good fresh food in significant volume

  • Experience of delivering food operating standards to the required regulatory level

Chef de Partie
£28K - £30K per annum or equivalent hourly rate
Full time (5 days over 7)
28 days holiday per year


Be part of a team that takes huge pride in serving freshly prepared and beautifully presented dishes. You will want to make a positive impact and play a key role in making guests happy.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential. As is a car, to travel to our rural location.

Our kitchen opens at 10am and closes at 9pm so there are no super late finishes. You can also choose to be paid hourly or receive a salary and of course you can expect to receive your full share of the tips. Everyone gets their holiday (28 days of them per year). No work is unpaid. Work extra hours and get paid for them.
